How to buy

Just follow these simple steps below:
1. Choose the section women, children, shop by look and then you can shop by product, following the different categories (dresses, trousers, accesories…). Or use our search options to find whatever you are looking for.
2. View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail. Find a full description, available sizes, reference code and price in every product chart.
3. Select an item of clothing and add it to your bag. You can then choose to continue shopping or to place your order.
4. Please enter your details in our easy single checkout page. Billing and delivery address, shipping –We accept: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard via PayPal.
5. Review your order and check you have got what you want.
6. Place your order.
7. You will receive an email confirming your order.

NOTE: Please note that any duties and taxes that might be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the costumer. Please check your local customs tax and duty costs as duties must be paid before the goods are released.

PAYMENTS
ALL payments are managed, checked and SECURED via PayPal or ELAVON. If there is a problem with your payment, we reserve the right to hold or cancel your order before contacting you regarding the matter.

Anna&Louis Boutique’s payment is powered by SHOPIFY in order to guarantee a secure shopping experience. The data is entered in a secure page and transmitted SSL-encrypted.
Anna&Louis Boutique sells only clothes and complements. It does not sell Elavon prohibited goods and services.

PAYPAL
You can also use PAYPAL system for payments. PayPal uses the 3.0 Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits, the highest level commercially available. It is secure and will use your card details for the purposes of the transaction only. PayPal will not hold your data, unless you are already a PayPal customer. None of your data will transit through or be kept on the Anna & Louis website.

In the unlikely event that a third party accesses your data while you are ordering from the Anna & Louis website, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer. Please be aware that PayPal conducts fraud checks in relation to each transaction.

Delivery and Return

DELIVERY
Stock permitting, all orders are dispatched the same day it is placed, Monday-Friday. If for any reason any item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible.
All deliveries will require a signature.

SHIPPING COST
Will be calculated at the end based on the buyer's location.

Under Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order at any time before the delivery of the goods or within 14 business days of delivery.
Order in Uk takes 1 to 3 working dates.
Order from EU takes 5 working days
Order to the rest of the world normally takes 7 working days.

RETURNS
We hope that you will love the items you buy from Anna & Louis. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of delivery and we will aim to refund the cost of the returned goods within 5 business days of receipt by Anna & Louis
We don’t operate an exchange policy so, if you wish to exchange an item, please simply return it to us and place a new order for the replacement item.
Original delivery charges will not be refunded for returned items. Where an order qualified for free UK delivery, our delivery charge will be deducted from the amount refunded unless the remaining amount of the order, after the refund, remains above £75.
Returned items must be as new, in the original packaging and with any tags still attached. We will not be able to refund any items that we believe have been worn or are not faulty.
To return an item, please email hello@annaandlouis.com stating which items you are returning and fill in the returns form that is enclosed with your order. We regret that we will not be able to accept returns where this form has not been completed and enclosed, and in this scenario the items may be returned to you without refund. Please also note that you remain legally responsible for the goods until they are safely received by Anna & Louis.

FAULTY ITEMS
In the unfortunate circumstances where an item is wrongly delivered, has a manufacturing fault or is damaged during delivery, we will refund your order. Please note that you will still need to follow our returns process and we will need to be sure that the goods have not been damaged after delivery or otherwise misused.
